As a foreclosure cleanup business owner, are you networking with other owners in your area?

As a foreclosure cleanup business owner, are you networking with other owners in your area and even your State?  There are time when we get calls for areas that we do not cover. It is nice when you can tell the person calling - try this company see if they can help you.

If you have set up ahead of time with the other company you could get a referral fee because you sent them work. You also need to do the same back to them if they refer someone your way, give them the fee.

You might be going to a different area and not be able to get both directions in one day. If you know of someone else then you can refer them for the other property. That way everyone is happy. You get paid for two minutes on the phone, saying call these people. 

If you have a really big property that has to be done very quickly, you might need some extra help you might call on them and split the cost with them to come help you out.

This is a good place to get to know more people in you area.  Put the word out and get networking.
