I recently had an experience. I performed a initial service ona property. According to the company, QC found a few errors so I was sent back out on a No Charge trip. Took before and after photos, later noticed in the system the property was still listed as no charge. Contacted the company and asked them to send me the photos or proof that the work was still not staisfactory, was told they could not do that.
