I just started a property preservation business in northeast florida and south georgia,I have 10+yrs experience in the construction/repair field.My company is licensed&insured with 1,000,000 dollars of general liability policy.We perform numerous task from trashout/cleanout to lawn care all minor and major repairs
we also perform,rekey/lock change,doors/window boardups,junk car removals,photo documentation before,during and after,graffiti removal/pressure washing.We offer flat rate bundle packages for banks,reo agents and investors all work is done in accordance to HUD,FHA guidelines.
