- We are a family owned and operated business that specializes in janitorial, clean out, and property preservation services. Our services for foreclosed homes include hazard claim services, damaged property repair, conveyance condition repair, and more.
Estate clean out services include but are not limited to boxing collectibles, antiques, and valuables to be saved, removal of debris and junk, interior cleaning, lawn maintenance, garage, basement, and attic clean out and much more.
Helping Hands Clean Out Services will take quick action to protect and preserve properties against potential damage and deterioration. All work performed is in compliance with HUD guidelines.

Its gas prices right now that are really affecting our ability to make any money. Do you wk for any of the "nationals"? Safeguard, etc. They are a good place to start because they can assign u properties in bulk, however the money they pay is very cheap. So unless you run a very tight ship... youre going to be spending more time re-doing work that wasnt done right the first time. And re-doing obviously means more driving... which brings us right back to the price of gas. Thats the biggest challenge we face these days.
