- Due to my time in the Marine Corps, I developed a high level of motivation and a strong sense of discipline. I know what it is to be able to execute orders and lead from the front to accomplish everything from the most mundane details to high stress tasks while maintaining high morale within a cohesive team.
While employed with Redwood Construction I was responsible for unit rehabs in five properties throughout the North County. This consisted of managing unit turns from demo to to final completion. I managed relationships between management, vendors and tenants in order to ensure 100 percent satisfaction. I have also received my Mold Inspection Cert. and Mold Remediation Cert. along with my CofR this year.
I have experience in managing a warehouse that had a clientele base of 120 customers as well as delivery through out the North County and the Inland Empire. I was also responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory, scheduling delivery routes and collections. At a later point I took over lead sales. My real world experience has developed my critical thinking and problem solving skills. I look forward to building strong and long lasting relationships that can will grow and be prosperous.
