- I am a business owner who is looking to start cleaning out foreclosed, bank owned houses. I am 31 years old and have 2 girls ages 8 and 4. I have been a business owner for 2 years now and want to start new businesses. I also have been in the Army National Guard for 5 1/2 years and have served a 1 year term over in Iraq from 09-10.
