- I am a licensed adjuster and full service contractor specializing in dealing with insurance claims. My scope of loss and estimate packages are extremely detailed and proficient, which make the claim easy to approve. The professionalism, experience, and variety of skills I can provide are of a huge benefit to companies dealing with Hazard Claims Recovery/ Estimates Repair and Property Preservation. I also have many years of experience on a daily basis negotiating insurance settlements, and I am very proficient with xactimate. I am currently doing a lot of hazard claim scope/estimates inspections and repairs with several Asset Management companies and in the past had accounts with Safeguard Properties, Mortgage Contracting Services, Field Asset Services, South Central Valley Mortgage Services and a few others. I would go out to the properties scope the damages, take photo documentation, write up the scopes in Xactimate, meet with adjusters out at the properties, and then if repairs were approved I would complete repairs from replacing roofs to mold remediation etc. I also did inspections, trash outs, lock changes, lawn service etc.
