Tell us a little about you
I am a landscape architect who is interested in starting a crew to do land clearing and/or landscape maintenance for distressed properties and home owners who are on a budget.

I'm opening a new division to my landscape design services, basically creating a design/build operation. I'd like to specialize in working with banks, home associations or groups of concerned property owners who see an advantage to keeping their property and community clean and free of overgrowth.

I have 25 years of experience in the landscape and irrigation design business, as well as degrees in ornamental horticulture and landscape architecture. From curb appeal to landscraping (not a typo) we could do it all in terms of what goes on outside the house.

I consider it a grassroots movement, filling in where there is a local need not provided for by our governments. There are a lot of abandon houses bring down the value of there surronding property. Lets get our communities back in shape and on the way to recovery. American resourcefulness at its best!

I am looking for people who want to a part of this new endeavor. Could be labors that need a job, could be small landscape contractors with heavy equipment or venture capitalist who think this is a good investment. And of course, the most important, people who sign contracts for our services.

I was wondering if I could workout a partnership of sorts with a landscape contractor. I am good at marketing and have made a great many contacts throughout the years.
