I have multiple income properties, also I'm State Certifited to do all sorts of Weatherazation by Leed. I have OSHA and Lead and Abatement State Certificates. But currently looking for all forclosure clean-out contracts(Property Preservation). In Chicago and south suburbs of the Chicago land area.
