Out of Oklahoma we work really hard! Only getting sub contracts at this time... I had three contractor run off and never pay us for our hard work! I have been doing my home work, I am looking to do away with sub contracting. It's costing me more money. When I don't get paid I have to pay my workers out of my pocket, money I do not have sometimes! I have a great crew they are committed hard workers and ready to work everyday. I have done alot of advertising. The hardest thing for me is finding how to shake the right hand so that I can really keep my crews busy and paid. Does anybody have the secret to getting to the right people, banks ect. I have wrote so many, gotten good info and been mislead all at the same time. We have a couple of years under our belt. We will work on short notice and know the in's and out's on property preservation.  Email me with any useful knowledge Pronolaclean@mail.com or peppershaker16@yahoo.com

So far I know that I need to go thought banks and realealtors but what do I say to they. I ask about there foreclose clean-up and all I get are a lots of other number and no answer.
