Hello I am looking for work in the Columbia, Missouri area .We Do it all from top to bottom inside and out! Window, floors, doors, walls, junk removal, lawn maintenance  There is nothing to big or to small! licensed and insured and know all of HUD guide lines. Any contact information or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I am experienced in the home inspection area... I have done vacant and occupied home pictures, lawn maintained, winterizations, lock changes, roof repairs clean outs  and much more. I have my own vehicle and camera also a computer with printer and fax available. I can submit work promptly to you in a timely manner through email or fax if needed. I am located in Newcomerstown, Ohio and can travel within the Ohio areas of Canton, Akron Newcomerstown, and beyond. I would be interested in joining the team. And if you don’t need anyone at this time if you could point me in the right direction it would be more then appreciated thank you.

We highly recommend you sign up with them yourselves. Get a good reo bank contact list and sign up with them directly.

I'm just starting my business as a REO Agent/ BPO agent .  Is it  easy to contact the banks on your own or should you have an agency who also charges do it for you do it?  The list of contacts has to be current in order for this to work and I don't know how current this list is.  I need some assistance in making the right decision.
