Jim, hope all is going well for you. Have you gotten any contracts yet? My husband has a property preservation business here in WA and is finding it difficult to get listed with the banks and Master Contractors. Any suggestions. He has tried to ask questions of people already doing this type of work and they are very "close mouthed", even our friend that is in the business!
