It sounds more like (Free Clean Out) If we start doing jobs for that price no one will make money but the middle man.I would try to find a differnt company thier a joke. At that rate your broke before you start

i got two companies in mind to put at the top of that list....FAS & safeguard .........i found out from an ex employee that they are told in orientation that it's manditory to reject payment on atleast 30% of invoices. I know and hold this to be true because i worked for safeguard years ago when i started my business and i only did four jobs for them before i got fed up and i had to struggle to get 3 of them pad...three quarters is a bad percentage on the negative side.

I agree, there is so many sharks out there and market is flooded with foreclosure clean up crews!! Most of them don't do any work maybe a little paper work, but have all the Insurances and business requirments! Subcontracting from them, the middle man contracts pay less, but the insurance requirment are less and cheaper to cover.  The lawns pay $ 45 per cut and they give you $15 per cut and the jobs are miles apart! And we furnish all equipment, gas, time, thousand of picture that are never right! And invoices. yes you can't make a dime, you will lose money real fast working for them! and we provide every thing for them> All they do is maybe re-edit the info and pictures from there office! And the first lawn cut are usully $200 then $ 45 Bi-Weekly (every 15 days) for banks. Watch for the easy money contractors, the return is below min-wage more like money out of your pocket! So be carefull and good luck!!!

Flat rate is nothing but a complete joke Most times. The last contractor I did work for tried telling me that No matter how dirty or big the Banks would not pay more then 150.00 Max. I walked out on them when they tried telling me I Had to Do a complete Debris Removal, Sales clean, and window boarding on a 4 plex for 150.00. There reasoning -- Although it is 4 units, they are all attached to one building. I now am suing them for work i did complete 3000.00 total. So always beware

I haven't done any jobs or bids yet but from my research I have no idea how you paid them. If you had a dumpster full of 40 yards of trash your rent for the dumpster is more than $200. Now since I have never bid on any and I am just learning, when people say they got paid $200. is over and above their expenses? Also when everyone says the banks pay from $500 to $2500 to cleanout a house is that total? Do I have to take out permits, dumpster, employees, ins etc out of that?

WOW !!!!!! R U kidding me????? i get 150-300 for a sales cleaning not including air fresheners.

trash out I charge 25.00-30.00 per cubic yrd of trash depending on which client is requesting....smoke detectors are 50.00 each including battery....inital lawn care 150-200 and additional mowing is 45-50 a trip.....dude ur getting ripped hard

hi derrick ,

for me the co's i work for is a detailed cleaning inside down to dust on light bulbs

all drawers actually wiped out w/ a damp rag w/ cleaner not just wiped out

even front door inc screen cleaned
