im new to florida, but been doing prety well just doing handyman work here and there but my intrest is in doing foreclosures and i really need to learn the ropes of the who what wheres and hows, so i can make contacts and get started in this field. this is a serious intrest to me, so please anyone that can assist me dont hesatate too, Im in rolando florida...

We are a cleaning and handyman company.  We do small plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.  We also do residential and commercial cleaning.  No job is too small.  We are on call 24 hrs. a day.

I have a question about work being perform here in the state of florida,duval county to be exact. Is their some type of license required beside occupational license to performbasic handyman work,such as drywall hanging,low voltage lighting and light plumbing repairs/changeouts if someone would be helpful enough to answer that question i'd very much appreciate it.

It's nice to see the handyman category. We are a licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor. We have been doing property inspections for NVMS, but we are trying to look into doing rehabs for investors. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make contact with investors to sale ourselves, please let me know.
