Has anyone ever worked for Maximum Field Services in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Stay away from this company.  I did 23 inspections for them and they haven't paid me a dime.  They will have you driving 50 miles one way to complete an inspection that only pays $7.00.  If you…Continue

There is a company who I never thought would stiff me -- but they are.  I've been waiting for a $2K payment since May and still no check.  I'm into this company for over $8K on jobs and no cash.  The company is 3Point Lending Services.  If anyone else is having difficulty with this company, please send me a reply.

I saw that someone put Safeguard on the list as they ripped them off for 8K.  Has anyone else had problems with Safeguard?

CENTRAL FL: DO NOT WORK FOR KEANES CLEAN-OUT SERVICE. THEY HAVE HIGH TURN OVER RECENTLY CITED FOR NO LICENSE THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE AN DEFINATLY NOT BONDED. THEY UNDER BID LANDSCAPERS AND CLEAN-OUT TO GET HIGH VOLUME. THIS COMPANY MAKES IT HARD FOR THOSE WHO PAY TAXES AND FOLLOW CONTRACT ORDERS THE SUB OUT THEIR LOW PAYING JOBS TO UNLICENSED PEOPLE

ANM Cleanout from Dallas, have done 20 jobs for them and only got paid for 4 of them and the amount they paid was $81 short compared to what the Invoice's showed. The rest of the jobs are still non-payments since April 7th 2012

Be aware of Central Valley Mortgage Services (aka CVMS).

Wanted to give you all an update! I have recommended NOT to work for LAMCO. We completed a trash out in Sept. of 2011 and got paid 6 months later, I used the "threat" that someone told me to tell them I was going to place a lein on the property to get paid. They paid & immediately "dropped" us as a vendor.

I was thinking of working with them. Thank you for letting us all know that they take that long to pay. I will not work with them after hearing what you are going through. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

You can always threaten to apply a mechanics lien on the property, this will usually light a fire under them.  Good luck and continue to be persistent.
