Wanted to give you all an update! I have recommended NOT to work for LAMCO. We completed a trash out in Sept. of 2011 and got paid 6 months later, I used the "threat" that someone told me to tell them I was going to place a lein on the property to get paid. They paid & immediately "dropped" us as a vendor.

You can always threaten to apply a mechanics lien on the property, this will usually light a fire under them.  Good luck and continue to be persistent.

I'm sick and tired of sending invoices to LAMCO, for a trash out job completed in Sept of 2011 to date NOT paid. They say it is normal & average to not pay jobs till 60-120 days out. Wow! If we did that we'd get turned in to collections! Any advice? Should I get ahold of an attorney?

What do we do as subcontractors to get our money? I have had two companies that have not paid me. I checked the BBB and there was no complaints but I still have not received my payment. The last company was GTK contracting. They have no phone number of a person that will call you back.  they have you perform a lot of work orders adn thell you they pay 1rst and 15th of each month and nothng.  Henry Bell can you pplease contact me and hep me figure otu what I need to do? 832-423-8303. There has got to be a checkk and balance to make these companies pay the subs for work that has been done after we have spent labor and a material with no pay

BEWARE OF RAG TIME ENTERPRISES BRIAN HUDSON IS A CROOK!!!!! IT TOOK ME 9 MONTHS TO RECIEVE MY MONEY!!!!! I HAD TO CALL UP THE COMPANY ABOVE HIM  AND SHOW AND PROVE TO THEM WHAT HAPPEN THEN THEY SENT ME MY MONEY THE NEXT DAY!!!!!!!  NOT BRIAN HUDSON OR RAG TIME ENTERPRISES!!!!! I GOT MY MONEY FROM THE COMPANY HE WAS WORKING FOR!!!!!!! RAG TIME ENTERPRISES ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WOULD LIKE TELL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT A COMPANY CALLED ANGEL PROPERTY PRESERVATION..... THEY TAKE OFF THE TOP ON EVERYTHING BEFOR YOU EVEN SEE ANYTHING THEN THEN THEY TAKE 40% .... THEY DAN'T WANT TO PAY FOR WHAT WORK YOU DID..... THEY TOOK US FOR $$$$$$$$$$$$$
