I am wondering if this is a good business to start up? How do I go about getting contracts, bids, and phone numbers and everything to start this business? I live in MN and see foreclosed houses every where.

Have you tried getting a hold of any e-books? They really helped me.
Look for foreclosures in your area and contact the realtors in charge of those properties.
