I know Mold Remediation would require you to be certified....There are so many different aspects to this industry...
I'm just getting started myself.........

There are ways around some of those things, the hauling if you do not have a permit when first starting out you could use dumpsters. They deliver them to the property and haul them away. You can get the size that you need from small to big.
Another way might be to rent a U-haul truck for the really big jobs, you pile it in and no hauling permits needed.
The mold you can sub-contract out to a company that does that for a living. They know what to do and how to do it safely. You have them submit a bit to you and you offer that as your bid with a percentage on top of it that you keep. You are there when they do the work and take photos and make sure that it is done.
There are other trades people that can help you when you need the knowledge that they have. If you do not know plumbing or electrical there are people that can help with those things. If you know how to do all of these kinds of things that is great. If you do not then find the people that have the knowledge. You do not have to be a Jake of all trades to work in this business.
We like going to home shows, we collect business card from the different trades that are at the home shows. You never know when you might need one of them in the future. ( Note make sure that you have business cards as well to give to them. They could send business your way and you can send business to them. )
The people that do water softeners and the like are good people to talk to about tankless water heaters. Some day you will come across one will you know how to winterize it without damaging it. They can tell you. Listen and learn. Ask question of people of different trades. They just might help you out in a pinch.
Hope that everyone has a very prosperous week.
