OK to set up as sole
Hello all,
Is it acceptable to start up a cleaning business with my local state governement as a "sole proprietor" business entity, if I will operating it as myself, with no partners or employees? I was going to go as an LLC, but I was advised that Insurance would be cheaper to set up as a sole proprietor.
