Hello Ronald,
We have found that it works best if you are doing your own advertizing to drum up business. Do not wait for it to come to you. Be proactive. Place ads on the free online ad posting sights. The one that we like best is called back page. You can put more than one ad in at a time if you choose. Note make them different from each other.
Target different groups of people with each ad that you place. Some of the different groups could be REO agents,landlords (they have this problem as well) even home owners that need help hauling debris from the yard.
