I see all these adds offering good REO and bank contact lists. Can anyone reccomend one that they have personally used? Funds are tight, wanna spend right. Thanks

call local real estate agents and they can direct and set you up w putting bids in on houses

I got the one with over 200 reo bank contacts, it was really good and up to date. I think it was around $30. I got that one because it has the most bank contacts. I got a call the next day from an asset manager asking me if I could provide them with a bid on one of their properties. We now get steady work from this bank and a number of other ones.

What's that site name? Also do u need to get licence and bond first? Does the clean up crew consist only of cleanup or do u have to get electricians and plumbers and all of that to do all the repairs? Are the repairs included in your job as clean up crew? If we hire a handyman that is licence and bonded are we still required to be licence and bonded? How many cleanup crew members do u need when we are first starting out?

their website is www.listbankrepos.com you should get a business license and most of the banks require you to get general liability insurance, no bonding required usually. you can do trashouts, rekeys, lawn maintenance, boardups, and more without any contractors license, but when you do repairs-I would recommend checking with you state's contractor's licensing board to see if they require a license, we actually used labor ready for our crew when we started because the agency covers the workman's compensation insurance, then you get a good idea of how many worker's you will need while you built up your business, this worked well for us
