Am in the same situation. Have you registered ur business yet? Am just wondering if it is ok to regist my forclosure business as a sole proprietor or should i go for LLC. Am wondering if LLC will be valued more over Sole proprietorship when it comes to landing contracts

I registered my company with an LLC. I am not totally sure it matters if you are an LLC. or not. I am new to this type of work .

Healthcare ? Wow I have been in construction for over 15 years. It's been tough the last four. I think this is a pretty wide open market . Good luck to you
