Just remember, regular realtors will not be able to give you work cleaning foreclosures, it's the reo agents "reo listing agents" that can offer you work, try sending an email flyer and drop off flyers at all the local real estate offices, there is usually only one or two agents at each office that handle reos.

 

Make sure to register with all the asset management companies, they have the bulk of the work right now, also I would recommend to make sure you are listed on Instant home links property preservation directory, a lot of the banks use this

Where is the best place to get reo listing agents?

First find out if they list reo properties " foreclosures", if they do not, they will not be able to provide you with any trashouts.  To find Reo agents, look here on the network-there are a lot of them, the reo agent directory on Instant home link, or you can just call each real estate office and ask. Once you find out who they are, try to connect on facebook, twitter, and linked in with them.
