we are members of Instant Home Link and we have been signed up with them for about 4 months and have gotten quite a bit of work from being found on there. One bank has sent us about 14 jobs and we regularly receive work now from them and we have gotten work from several other asset management companies, I would recommend it

I just signed up today.. hope it works.. What membership did you get? I got the silver. I was just wondering if it makes a difference.. How long did it take you to start getting work after you signed up?

I am actually a platinum member, I started out with a lower level membership and then I found out that they advertise you to the banks every month for the platinum membership, plus I didn't want to keep paying every month.  We started getting quite a bit more business when we upgraded.  Also, make sure to include all the zip codes that you want to accept work in, the asset managers always look by area and zip code. Another reason I went with the higher membership is they give you a list of places to register with the banks too.

The platinum one, is that the most expensive one.  I signed up 3 months ago with the 15.00 a month one and I haven't gotten anything BUT I think there is a problem and we are going to figure it out.  Their customer service is pretty good.

I have had good success Instant home link, I have been a member for almost a year now.  Every month we have steadily picked up additional companies that we are now doing work for regularly.  December and January are always traditionally slower because the bank people take all their vacations, we have been getting quite busy in the last couple of weeks.
