Asset Management Companies/Contacting them

I have a list of asset management companies and have begun emailing them.  I am curious as to what to say and what they need to know.  Also after contact and orders start to come in, how do I know what to do as far as pictures they need and billing them.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi , how did you go about getting the asset management companies list? I am having a HARD TIME GETTING THEM. Any help would be appreciated.

earlier in the year it was an easier feet....now a days it's gotten alot harder....alot of asset management companies are now requiring e/o insurance even though it's not an insurance we need to the work we do...it's also a very expensive insurance IF you can find someone that will write it.....or u can find a company that has it and let them sub work out to you but you wind up not getting paid that much...this industry has changed alot in the last year.

I bought a bank contact list to get the contacts, it saved me a lot of time searching for them all, and truthfully I probably wouldn't have found half of them, I also belong to the Property preservation directory on Instant home link, we have gotten a lot of work from there, and they give you a list of the bank contacts and market your services to the people at the banks every month
